My name is James Anderson and I am a fully qualified National Federation of Anglers coach. In June 2007 I graduated from Sparsholt College, Hampshire with a BSc in Fishery Management and Aquaculture. In September 2007 I took up the position of Fisheries Course Leader at Otley College, Suffolk. Where I am responsible for developing fisheries courses and facilities.

I have been fishing for most of my life and have a huge passion for the sport landing English carp to over 50lbs. Having learnt many skills over the last ten years I am now in the position to be able to pass on my knowledge. Recently I have been fishing at the Carp Society's Horseshoe Lake in Gloustershire landing many carp to 35lb's. This is where I now carry out all of my carp angling tuition.

50lb 5oz, My UK Personal Best

The most successful anglers never leave anything to chance and do everything they can to gain success. I will pass on the knowledge that will enable you to succeed and gain consistent results. And by doing so help you to enjoy your fishing more, after all that's what it's all about.

I have completed a National Federation of Anglers level 2 certificate in coaching angling, which means, I have attended a good practice in child protection course, I have been checked by the criminal records bureau, I hold a valid first aid certificate and I hold appropriate insurance cover for the purpose of coaching angling.

In 2007 everyone who has come on a tutorial with me has caught, that's a 100% catch rate, with most people catching personal bests!!!!
